How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within a few hours of placing it, we may be able to help cancel or modify your order. Please email us at support@woomah.com as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to check the order status anytime.

Returns

We’re here to make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

What is your return policy?

We want you (and your pet!) to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are free for up to 90 days.
