Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@woomah.com.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • If your return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If your return or exchange is due to personal preference (such as needing a different size or color), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear (e.g., chewed leashes, scratched bowls)

  • Final sale items

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Please return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@woomah.com.
